Vision China-Shanghai opened on 8-10 July 2024 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
Phenix Opticsundefined booth is located in E1-1516, with a display area of 36 square meters. In line with the theme of the exhibition, the products exhibited include machine vision lens units, intelligent image modules, infrared lens units, intelligent controllers and microscopes.
Our machine vision lens unit business covers all the mainstream products, providing different focal lengths and magnification options, which can be adapted to different industrial scenarios and project requirements. Line scan lens units are suitable for 16k 3.5μm, 8k 7μm line scan cameras, with large aperture, large target surface, low aberration, low dispersion, and excellent MTF performance. With a variety of specifications of the adapter ring and the extension ring, V port line scan lens units can be widely used in various industrial inspections, such as printing products, large-scale glass, PCB inspection, steel testing, tobacco, textiles, and lithium-ion battery. The zoom series of industrial lens units provide the focal lengths that cover the mainstream industrial applications, and also have the optical performance optimization and aberration control of all focal lengths to reach the standard of fixed focal length resolution, which is suitable for more complex industrial projects. In the field of machine vision, Phenix Optics not only has excellent production, R&D and technical advantages, but also has the experience of cooperating with domestic and foreign major customers to provide with comprehensive and thoughtful services.
In this exhibition, our company also exhibited thermal imaging lens units with heatless, ESC and continuous zoom as the main products. Among them, the fixed-focus products have excellent performance of non-thermalization, the zoom products have long detection distance and good image quality, and various commonly used focal lengths can meet the market demand and be applied in the fields of outdoor night vision, industrial temperature measurement, security monitoring and forest fire prevention.
Since the diversification of the exhibition, Phenix Optics brought microscopes, intelligent controllers and intelligent image modules to the exhibition for the first time. The applications of the exhibited products cover industry, security, education, medical, home appliances, consumer electronics and other fields. Smart refrigerator camera module with high pixel and high reliability meets the installation needs of any refrigerator, APP control function allows users to check the refrigerator inventory anytime, anywhere, helping to avoid repeated purchases and achieve a full range of information interaction functions; BMC600 metallurgical microscope has a large field of view, high clarity, high depth of field and other features, which is widely used in the scientific research and observation of minerals, semiconductors and other materials.
